About Gabi's Workforce

The Challenge & Opportunity

The Population With Disabilities (PWD) in the U.S. is largely underserved. About 82 % are unemployed.

A Solution to Create Value

  • Open a warehouse to train employees, ship orders, and create products with an innovative community focus to employ PWD and provide community-based services- locally.
  • Grow from within and existing community base, friends, and relatives that have an “affinity” to support the PWD market segment.

Our Current Model

  • Our 1st warehouse opened in August 2020 at The Loading Dock in Raleigh. In 2024, we expanded operations and moved to Blue Co. (still in Raleigh)
  • Gabi and friends pick & packing custom orders for a variety of Ecommerce stores, shipping domestic and international parcels, assembling products like giant Jenga yard games (including sanding, staining, and waxing wood), label items, re-ticket retail merchandise, among many other things!
